Terms & Conditions

Welcome to IsleTrips.com. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any reservation.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed once full payment is received through our secure online system or via bank transfer.
  • Payment confirms your acceptance of the quoted price, service details, and policies.
  • All prices are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (Rs) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors or inaccuracies without liability.

2. Amendments & Cancellations

  • Any modification or cancellation must be requested in writing via email at least 2 working days before the scheduled service date.
  • Approved amendments or cancellations may incur a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
  • Requests received after this period may result in the full amount being forfeited.
  • Special circumstances such as illness or flight delays will be reviewed individually in collaboration with our service partners.

3. Weather or Cyclone Conditions

  • If a Cyclone Warning Class 3 or higher is declared in Mauritius, all affected bookings will be postponed or credited for future use without any charge.
  • For Class 1–2 conditions, services may continue or be adjusted for safety reasons.

4. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive at the scheduled meeting point and fail to notify us in advance will be considered No-Shows and charged the full booking amount.

5. Service & Liability

IsleTrips acts as a facilitator between clients and third-party service providers such as hotels, drivers, and tour operators. While we take every step to ensure quality, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Traveler Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate contact information, pickup details, and comply with local safety regulations. IsleTrips reserves the right to deny service if false or incomplete details are provided.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
